  Environmental Impact Assessment
Environmental Impact Assessment of Oil Production Activities are frequent requested by environmental agencies within de E&P area, mainly because of a new social consciousness, but also for companies with environmental care principles.

Identifying the degree of a potentially polluted activity, being an industrial or petroliferous one, directly depends on an assessment scale. The forensic analysis can determine and map the contaminants on water and soil through trace analyses.

TDI-BROOKS, GSI-BROOKS partner, has more than 10 years background knowledge in environmental sampling collection within impacted areas by industrial and petroliferous disposals, an example to mention is the Exxon Valdez case in Alaska, where TDI still does the monitoring collection yearly. Besides that, the Mussel Watch Project was developed by the American Chamber of Commerce to monitor the disposal of contaminants (pesticides, metals, oil, etc...) through out Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, East and West Coasts of United States (National Status and Trends Program). This analysis was developed to help in litigious process when some damages are noticed but not identified.

GSI Brooks is looking forward to supporting companies that need Environmental Impact Assessment Projects with the intention of preserving sustainable activities well into the future.
